Our current Tree Iron Polo has more of an athletic fit. Current customer feedback has been that it runs a tad small. However, the length of our polos are pretty true to size, for a great look when worn untucked. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. You can also find a size chart located on every product page.
No big deal at all. If you believe you purchased the wrong size, please contact us immediately with your name, order number and the correct size you would like. You will have to ship the wrong-sized polo back (shipping on us) before we send you your new size.
We want to help you care for your polo, so your polo can care for you. Therefore, wash cold with like colors and do not bleach. Hang dry for best results, but if you just have to dry it, tumble dry on low. Iron on low heat. Any of this too confusing just ask your girlfriend, wife, or mom… we’re sure they can help
We understand every situation is different, however in most cases, we’ll gladly accept returns of any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund, or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Check out the full returns/exchange policy for more details.

Similar to making a return, visit our return/exchange section in the menu. You will need to have your order number and email ready in order to do so. You can find your order number on your receipt or order confirmation email. We’ll take it from there and be in contact with you shortly with a prepaid shipping return label!
We typically send your package out within 3 days of purchase and they will arrive within 5 days (or sooner) of purchase. However, we are a very small team, so delays can happen when we get busy. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number within 3 days, feel free to reach out to us.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email, and this will include your tracking information. You may use this tracking information to track the status of your shipment. If there are any issue, feel free to shoot us an email at email@example.com.
As of right now we only ship domestically. However if you shoot us a message letting us know your interest and where you are from we may make some special arrangements.

Your order number can be found on both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you’ve created an account on our website, you can find it there as well!
